• working experience in a diagnostic center or hospital laboratory

• GCC experience will be an added advantage

• Strong knowledge of lab machines, reagents & modern testing methods

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Must be responsible, honest, and patient-care oriented

• Good communication skills in English

• Computer literacy is required for reporting and LIS operation

Job Context

Our GCC-based Diagnostic & Hospital Unit is expanding its laboratory services. We are looking for skilled and dedicated Lab Technologists who can perform high-quality diagnostic tests and ensure accurate reporting while maintaining international standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests (Hematology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Serology, Immunology, etc.).

• Operate and maintain automated analyzers and laboratory equipment.

• Ensure sample collection, processing, and storage following proper protocols.

• Verify test results and ensure accuracy before reporting.

• Maintain quality control (QC) & quality assurance (QA) standards.

• Follow laboratory safety, hygiene, and infection control policies.

• Assist physicians and nursing staff with required diagnostic support.

• Maintain proper documentation, logs, and equipment calibration records.

• Identify abnormal results and report critical values promptly.

• Support the Lab Manager in overall lab operations as needed.
