• Sample Management: Collect, label, and process biological specimens such as blood, urine, stool, and tissue samples according to established SOPs.

• Testing & Analysis: Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in areas like hematology, biochemistry, serology, and microbiology with high accuracy.

• Equipment Maintenance: Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments (e.g., analyzers, microscopes, centrifuges) to ensure they are in working condition.

• Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks and document results to ensure the validity and precision of diagnostic reports.

• Data Recording: Record and enter test results accurately into the laboratory information system (LIS) or patient records.

• Safety Compliance: Follow strict laboratory safety protocols, including the proper disposal of hazardous biological and chemical waste.

• Inventory Management: Monitor laboratory supplies and reagents, and assist in maintaining an adequate stock of consumables.

• Collaboration: Coordinate with doctors, pathologists, and other healthcare professionals to clarify test results or patient conditions
