∎ Master of Science (MSc)
∎ M.Sc. degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or Chemistry from a reputed university.
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ A minimum of two years of experience in research and development (R&D).
∎ Proficiency in molecular biology techniques such as PCR, DNA and protein purification, and analysis will be given priority.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain regular class practicals.
∎ Manage required apparatus, chemicals, and instruments before the lab class starts.
∎ Prepare laboratory reagents required for lab classes.
∎ Demonstrate to students during lab classes.
∎ Have the ability and drive to solve practical problems.
∎ Maintain appropriate safety measures and regular maintenance of good laboratory practices.
∎ Provide guidelines to students during lab work and monitor their discipline during lab classes.
∎ Handle instruments required for lab classes.
∎ Order and maintain laboratory supplies.
∎ Keep laboratory instruments/apparatus and workstations clean.
∎ Work effectively within time constraints.
∎ Take responsibility for all aspects of the labs where they work, including equipment, supplies, software, and documentation.
∎ Communicate properly and assist faculty members during practical classes.
