∎ Diploma in the Korean Language or TOPIK Level-5 or higher proficiency in Korean will get preference
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2-3 years of experience teaching Korean language
∎ Fluency in spoken and written Korean and English
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Knowledge of Korean culture and business practices
∎ Experience developing and delivering language training programs
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
∎ Strong organizational and time-management skills
∎ Familiarity with language teaching software and technology
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement Korean language training programs for trainees as per NSDA/ BTEB syllabus
∎ Conduct training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities to help trainees develop their Korean language skills
∎ Create training materials and resources, including lesson plans, presentations, handouts, and assessments
∎ Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
∎ Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to trainees to help them improve their Korean language skills
∎ Collaborate with other trainers and language experts to stay up-to-date on the latest teaching methods and materials
∎ Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners to understand their needs and provide training solutions that meet their requirements
∎ Participate in the development of curriculum for technical education programs
∎ Must have an entrepreneurial mindset
∎ Perform other duties as assigned
