∎ Should be cooperative and self-motivated.
∎ Must be flexible and able to work under pressure.
∎ Proficiency in Figma(Most Preferable), Adobe XD (Adobe Experience Design), Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools.
∎ Basic knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, and jQuery is an Advantage to understand and communicate effectively with developers.
∎ Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
∎ Experience in creating and maintaining design systems.
∎ Creativity and attention to detail.
∎ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with product managers to gather requirements and brainstorm design ideas.
∎ Create user personas, user flows, and sitemaps to document user needs and goals.
∎ Design wireframes and prototypes to test and validate design concepts.
∎ Develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all platforms.
∎ Choose colors, fonts, and images to create a visually appealing and consistent user experience.
∎ Stay updated with trending design elements and incorporate them into projects to keep designs fresh and innovative.
∎ Continuously test and refine designs based on user feedback.
