∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate and guide the teachers.
∎ Conduct the load distribution as per the Institution policies.
∎ Guide and train the new teachers to get used to the system of the institution.
∎ Supervise the teachers in preparing Syllabus.
∎ Class distribution and Routine preparation.
∎ Supervise the section in-charge to set up the examination routine and teacher's invigilation list.
∎ Check the lesson plan if it is done according to the syllabus and present the same to the section in charge for approval.
∎ Make sure that teachers take the classes properly and regularly.
∎ Monitor all Registers (Attendance, Record, Lesson Plane, and Notice).
∎ Counsel to the Guardians when required or regarding their children problems.
∎ Monitor the completion of work Syllabuses etc. on a monthly basis.
∎ Monitor the performance and contribution of each teacher of her classes in daily work such as discipline during class hours, communication in English, Absence in School, Monthly work such as syllabus completion, lesson plan preparation, Class test etc.
∎ Any other duty assign by the authority/principal time to time.

∎ Must be maintaining Islamic Dress Code.
∎ At least 10 years teaching experience in junior section.
∎ Must have experience on junior section in teaching training, education administration / education counseling curriculum/Program development.
