Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ Foreign degree in any science subjects along with teaching experience in 'O' and 'A' Level Classes. Preference will be given to candidates who completed M.SC from renowned University along with 'O' and 'A' level background.
∎ Preference will be given to a candidate with CAIE training.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and conducting teachers' training, assessing of the teachers after these training. All of these training have to meet the requirements of CAIE.
∎ Build up adequate communication skills within the teachers and administration.
∎ Develop a schedule to assess needs for teachers.
∎ Conduct classroom assessment, surveys and interviews of teachers.
∎ Maintain a database of all training and academic materials.
∎ Manage orientation, training and relocation for new teachers.
∎ Keeping smooth interpersonal communication with all levels of management
∎ Develop and manage comprehensive academic support program
Additional Requirements:
∎ Five (5) years' of experience as a teacher , training specialist or related position in any renowned English medium school.
∎ Excellent communication skill and interpersonal abilities
∎ Supervisory skill and team work abilities
∎ Passion for children and teaching
∎ Creative and imaginative skill
∎ An engaging personality with demonstrative character.
∎ Leadership and organizational skills
∎ Adaptability to use technology
∎ Enthusiasm, Stamina, patience, empathy, dedication, resilience and self-discipline
∎ Sound knowledge of CAIE Curriculum
∎ Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse staff, a diverse student body and families, as well as a team of profession-als at the school
∎ Aptitude to be a life-long learner
