Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Retired Armed Forces personnel with credit recovery experience will get preference;
∎ Experience in the credit recovery field in NGOs are also encouraged to apply;
∎ Educational qualification can be relaxed for an extraordinary candidate;
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Credit Recovery, In Automobile industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Undertake activities associated with debt collection;
∎ Locate & contact customers with outstanding debt;
∎ Negotiate payment arrangements in alignment with company policy and procedures;
∎ Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Department to resolve collection disputes of the customers;
∎ Maintaining liaise with branch offices and head office to reconcile customers' accounts with the Company;
∎ Represent the Company in Government Offices, Banks & other offices;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be self-driven and possess good work ethics;
∎ Ability to write monthly and quarterly reports;
∎ Must be a good team player;
∎ Must be persuasive and ready to do a lot of legwork;
∎ Skilled in MS Office Suite;
∎ Must have a valid Motorcycle License.
