Education:

Educational Qualification: Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or Food Engineering from

any reputed University with sound academic background. MBA & BBA certificate holders are also encouraged to apply

if you have passion to work in this field.

Experience: 1-2 years in flavour company, FMCG or related field. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Age: Below 32

Skills:

 Good interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills

 Dynamic, self-motivated, reliable, service-minded and committed

 Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word, and Excel internet browsing

 Good command of Bangla and English, spoken and written

Position Overview: The Junior Key Account Executive supports client relationship management, order execution, and

sales growth at Banga Flavour & Fragrance (Pvt.) Ltd. The role focuses on assisting Key Account Managers in meeting

customer needs, ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams, and contributing to overall sales targets and

customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

 Build and strengthen long-term relationships with customers

 Plan and execute timely and impactful activities

 Ensure real-time updates of CRM to maintain accurate customer data

 Ready to take challenges

Location: Primarily at Dhaka, but can be transferred anywhere in Bangladesh as per company requirement.
