Job Context:
∎ Jakson International Limited (JIL) is the Bangladesh unit of Jakson Group. It is the authorized country distributor of Cummins Diesel & Gas Gensets. It is also the exclusive partner for Cummins Marine Engines and Gensets in Bangladesh. In addition, it is the country distributor for Hyster material handling equipment, Cummins alternators, and Valvoline lubricants.
∎ JIL is looking for a dynamic and energetic candidate for its Service Team who can maintain communication with Cummins and ensure its quality assurance & compliance.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain liaison with Cummins regarding its principles, customer-related surveys, quality, and compliance issues.
∎ Maintain warranty documentation of service.
∎ Coordinate in Cummins Excel Audit or other kinds of Audit.
∎ Communicate with customers to increase the Net Promoter Score (NPS) of the company.
∎ Conduct NPS and update the report on the Cummins portal.
∎ Maintain KPI evaluations and prepare a KPI report.
∎ Prepare all necessary reports & presentations for Cummins.
∎ Maintain the necessary database and conduct analysis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Positive work ethic and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Must have good expertise in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
∎ Learning tendency and being able to learn fast about the parts of the company's generator brand.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and team-building throughout the organization and outside of the organization.
∎ Loyal and dedicated to providing support on time.
∎ Smart, Energetic, and Willful to travel anywhere.
∎ Must be able to work under pressure.
∎ Female engineers are highly encouraged to apply.
