Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in Planning & Execution of transportation programs, logistics and regulatory initiatives;
∎ Co-ordination with internal teams, government agencies and transport operators to ensure efficient workflow;
∎ Maintain records, database and reports related to vehicle registration, permits, licenses and inspections;
∎ Monitor Transport policies, Compliance Standards and Safety Regulations;
∎ Provide Administrative support, Including Scheduling, Correspondence, documentation and filing;
∎ Help analyze transport data to identify trends, Issues and improvement areas;
∎ Participate in audits, site visit, Accounts and any kinds transportation bills for disbursement among recipients in factory;
∎ Assist to Transport Manager for any kind of assignment as per company rules & Regulations;
∎ Should be aware in always government roads and transport laws in Bangladesh like BRTA rules, Road Transport Act 2018, etc;
∎ Any kind of activities assigned by the management;
