Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Customer Relation, Market Research
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate and manage the end-to-end supply chain process, including demand planning, and procurement.
∎ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand.
∎ Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services.
∎ Implement and maintain adequate supply chain systems, processes, and technologies to drive operational efficiency and accuracy.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
∎ Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
∎ Monitor and manage supplier performance, including quality control, delivery performance, and compliance with contractual agreements.
∎ Support the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives within the supply chain, including responsible sourcing and waste reduction efforts.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have a good knowledge of market products.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
