Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation from any Discipline from any Reputed Public or Private University
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The inventory officer is responsible for preparing the purchase orders, receiving, storing,
∎ issuing the goods, managing the stock levels and giving out the supplies from the stock.
∎ Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods, re-stocks items as necessary, labels shelves.
∎ He finds out sources of supply and is responsible for obtaining prices from the suppliers
∎ as well.
∎ Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as
∎ required; tracks orders and investigates problems.
∎ To ensure the correct and timely valuation of the inventory and to be involved in directing
∎ and managing procedures related to offloading, packing and unpacking
∎ To undertake the function of stock taking and confirm the interrupted stock on a regular
∎ basis by working closely with the designated staff members
∎ Performs various job-related duties as assigned
∎ He makes sure to get rid of the surplus or obsolete stock.
∎ He is responsible for preparing the reports on adjustments done to inventories that may
∎ be damaged, spoilt, etc., and coordinates the purchasing, inventory and warehousing
∎ functions.
∎ Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory
∎ Performs routine duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and assisting the
∎ sub-ordinates
∎ May lead, guide, and train staff performing related work may participate in the
∎ recruitment of volunteers, as appropriate to the area of operation,
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge of tally software will be given priority Experience Requirements
∎ 1 year (freshers can apply also)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ General management, inventory & operation Management Additional Requirementsents
∎ Age below 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have prior experience in management, stocks and delivery
∎ Pleasant Personality and Excellent communication skill
∎ Excellent verbal & written English communication
