∎ Handle customer queries, resolve complaints and provide relevant product information in an efficient, professional and positive manner.
∎ Confirm online orders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Very Good Computer and IT product knowledge is Must. (Passionate Gamer will get preference) ***
∎ Smart and energetic
∎ Good command in oral and written communication skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Problem solving skills
