Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering from any Government Polytechnic Institute

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to read all sorts of civil drawing.
∎ Determine labor requirements and deploy workers.
∎ Maintain updated records of purchased materials, quality specifications, delivery information and maintain stock ledger.
∎ Coordinating with the entire department that is involved in the project & taking responsibilities for all the civil related problems that arise in the project and solving them in a timely manner.
∎ Must follow the prescribed QA/QC and safety manual and record.
∎ Confer with Line Manager, Contractors and Consultants (as required) to resolve various issues such as work procedures, complaints, construction problems and so on.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by Top Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ 5 years of experience in Real Estate sector.
∎ Computer Literacy: MS Office (Excel/Word/Power Point), Auto CAD.
