Job Context:
∎ Jakson International Limited (JIL) is the Bangladesh unit of Jakson Group. It is the authorized country distributor of Cummins Diesel & Gas Gensets. It is also the exclusive partner for Cummins Marine Engines and Gensets in Bangladesh. In addition, it is the country distributor for Hyster Material Handling Equipment, Cummins Alternators and Valvoline Lubricants.
∎ JIL is looking for a smart and energetic person, who will be responsible for sales of Hyster Material Handling Equipment.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Search for customers for sales of Hyster Material Handling Equipment to achieve the Sales plan.
∎ Conduct market research and find out potential customers.
∎ Attend meetings with customers and collect customer requirements.
∎ Handle customers and take initiatives for sales.
∎ Prepare quotation and presentation for customers.
∎ Communicate with customers regarding technical issues.
∎ Develop trustworthy relationship with customers for smooth sales process.
∎ Maintain necessary database and prepare reports & presentations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Excellent communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Smart, Energetic and Willful to travel anywhere.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and team-building throughout the organization and outside of organization.
∎ The incumbent should have at least 1 year work experience in Technical Sales/ Material Handling Equipment Sales/ Engineering Equipment Sales.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Provident fund, Insurance, Gratuity
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Monthly 2 Saturday as Weekly Holiday including all Fridays.
∎ Yearly Salary review depending on performance.
