Responsibilities & Context:
About the Role
We are hiring Junior AutoCAD Drafters to support our telecom / infrastructure design team.
This role is not for engineers and no bachelor’s degree is required.
You will work closely with senior OSP engineers on:
- Workbooks
- Basic drafting tasks
- Cleanup, labeling, and documentation work
This is a long-term remote opportunity with clear growth potential based on skill and effort.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on AutoCAD drawings (basic edits, labeling, cleanup)
- Prepare and update workbooks and supporting sheets
- Follow clear instructions from senior engineers
- Perform repetitive but detail-oriented drafting tasks
- Communicate task status clearly with the team
- Learn telecom/OSP drafting standards on the job
Work Schedule
- 6 days a week
- Morning shift OR Evening shift available
- Fully remote (Work from home)
