About the Role

We are hiring AutoCAD Drafters to support our telecom / infrastructure design team.
No specific degree is required just need to have at least 1 year work experience on AutoCAD.

You will work closely with senior OSP engineers on:

• Workbooks

• Basic drafting tasks

• Cleanup, labeling, and documentation work

This is a long-term remote opportunity with clear growth potential based on skill and effort.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on AutoCAD drawings (basic edits, labeling, cleanup)

• Prepare and update workbooks and supporting sheets

• Follow clear instructions from senior engineers

• Perform repetitive but detail-oriented drafting tasks

• Communicate task status clearly with the team

• Learn telecom/OSP drafting standards on the job

Required Skills (Must Have)

• Basic to intermediate AutoCAD skills

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

• Ability to follow standards and instructions carefully

• A working PC/Laptop capable of running AutoCAD

• Reliable internet connection

• Willingness to learn and improve quickly

Work Schedule

• 6 days a week

• Morning shift OR Evening shift available

• Fully remote (Work from home)

Compensation

• Starting Salary:
  👉 BDT 10,000 – 12,000 per month

• Salary Review after 2 months

  • Can increase to BDT 15,000 – 25,000
