Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Architecture/ Architecture & Interior Design technology from any Govt. Institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating design and working drawing such as- (Floor layout, Elevation, Section etc) by computer-aided
∎ Sound Knowledge in Modern Interior Design & Drawing.
∎ To update knowledge about the Interior work material items and their uses, prices and availability.
∎ Preparing quotation, offer, budget & schedule for different type of project.
∎ Coordinate with Project In-Charge/Architect for related design & support to execution for project implementation.
∎ To assess and list out the required materials, man power and man-hour to complete a project according to specification and the design demands.
∎ To work closely with the engineer/site manager/project manager to understand the actual material requirement and the time scale of the project.
∎ Prepare projected budget for Interior work materials of the project.
∎ Maintain a data bank on the material sourcing along with price.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years' experience in real estate & construction project.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture/Interior Design Firm, Real Estate/Developer Company.
∎ Preferred experience in Auto CAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D Studio Max, V-Ray.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
∎ Knowledge using construction equipment and safety rules.
∎ Excellent verbal & written communications skills, presentation skills & interpersonal skills.

Salary: Negotiable
