Job Responsibilities:
∎ Controlling projects from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
∎ Design & Concept, Interior/Furniture production schedule, estimates, site visits, project handover
∎ High level of creativity and imagination
∎ Leadership skills as well as the ability to work well within a team of other professionals
∎ A keen eye for detail
∎ Organisational, project management and planning skills
∎ Using the construction "brief" to identify clients' needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals.
∎ Developing plans, designs in line with client's needs, building's usage and environmental impact.
∎ Willing to take challenges
∎ Punctual
∎ Hard work mentality

∎ Age at least 30 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Design, Concept, Visualization, Planning, Coordination & Control of Manufacturing Process, Interior & Furniture Production schedules, Quality Control, Timekeeping, Negotiation & Estimations, budgets, Resource requirements, Client Delivery, Sales, Marketing, operations
∎ Internet & Mailing browsing expertise
∎ Must have production, manufacturing, management, operations and client delivery knowledge
∎ Must have target fill up mentality
