Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure prompt response to customer inquiries across digital platforms (Live Chat, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.) to maintain response SLAs.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the performance of the telesales team through key metrics such as call volume, conversion rate, customer satisfaction, and revenue.
∎ Conduct quality checks on telecalls and social media responses, and arrange training sessions for team members as necessary.
∎ Track and follow up on orders, stock availability, delivery timelines, and installation processes to ensure an excellent customer experience.
∎ Handle product exchange cases by negotiating prices with vendors to achieve optimal outcomes for both the company and the customer.
∎ Ensure timely EMI activation and track all related processes.
∎ Review orders and take corrective action for any that receive low scores or require intervention.
∎ Monitor competitors' activities and work closely with the marketing team to expedite campaign requirements.
∎ Prepare weekly/monthly campaign calendars and collaborate with the marketing team for the successful and timely execution of campaigns.
∎ Update web content as needed, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
∎ Manage ad-hoc tasks based on urgent departmental needs, ensuring they are handled effectively and in a timely manner.
∎ Prepare daily/monthly reports as required by the department to track performance and outcomes.
