Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Orders, receives, inspects and stores automotive parts used in the repair & maintenance of a fleet of passenger vehicles, gasoline and diesel powered maintenance and construction equipment, and/or heavy duty on road diesel vehicles, together with a variety of auxiliary equipment.
∎ Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability.
∎ Resolve vendor or contractor grievances, and claims against suppliers.
∎ Represent companies in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers.
∎ Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling, and distributing materials, equipment, machinery, and supplies.
∎ Coordinates orders and delivery dates with vendors and makes corrections as needed.
∎ Picks up parts from automotive and equipment parts suppliers.
∎ Responsible for Purchase inventory to tally
∎ Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
∎ To carry out all work in a safe, environment friendly and economical way.
∎ To share skills and knowledge to develop others within the dealership.
∎ To enhance the reputation of AG Motors Ltd. at every opportunity when interacting with others.
∎ Any other Job Assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must Have own Motorbike with driving Licence.
∎ Knowledge of automotive vehicle parts and accessories.
∎ The nature and use of a variety of parts catalogues.
∎ Purchase principles and practices and issuance of supplies.
∎ Skill in Negotiation.
