Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement strategies to source high-demand products directly from suppliers, maximizing gross profit (GP).
∎ Negotiate with local companies to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and credit lines.
∎ Ensure optimal deals for products while adhering to quality and sustainability standards.
∎ Design and execute inventory strategies to align with market demand and optimize stock levels.
∎ Utilize data analysis to forecast demand and manage inventory efficiently, minimizing excess stock and stock outs.
∎ Continuously review and enhance procurement processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
∎ Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost savings.Market Analysis:
∎ Sourcing & Procurement Perform data-driven demand analysis to guide procurement decisions.
∎ Gather and interpret market insights and competitive information to offer the best deals and stay ahead in the market.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with overall business objectives.
∎ Prepare and present reports on sourcing activities, market trends, and procurement performance.
