∎ Computer literacy is a must, especially a strong skill to work in Excel, word, Google Sheets and Google Drive.
∎ Ability to work with smart technology and automation for various reporting.
∎ Knowledge about Bulk SMS and the IT industry.
∎ Strong management skills and teamwork mentality.
∎ Excellent communication both verbal and written, analytical and interpersonal skills.

∎ Flexible on working hours, Ability to work under pressure.

∎ Maintain accurate sales and revenue reports using Excel.
∎ Collaborate with team members to enhance client satisfaction and service delivery.
∎ Call center/telesales, marketing and admin-related experience will add extra value.
