Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in any discipline from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare documents for sea & air export.
∎ Prepare the documents for advance T.T. receive & Factory/buyer document making.
∎ Responsible for custom data organize as per custom rules & keep record for all necessary document.
∎ Responsible for export statement.
∎ Responsible for checking dummy BL, GSP, REX & CO.
∎ Must have knowledge about sales contact, L/C & UP/UD.
∎ Capability to place online booking, Manual Booking and must have working experience with top ranking Forwarder (DAMCO, EFL, Expeditors, Transmarine, GFL, GEODIS)
∎ Communication with Bank, Forwarder, Shipping line, C&F & Customs.
∎ Practical working experience in (Bank, Forwarder office, BGMEA, DCCI, MCCI, CCI&E, EPB, Customs) etc.
∎ Responsible for doing any others job assign by top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants must have proper experience in the following area(s): Garments/Textile, Commercial, and Supply Chain.
∎ Females are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English (Written/ Verbal).
∎ Must have excellent knowledge in MS office & MS Excel. Email & Internet Browsing.
Salary: Negotiable
