Educational Requirements:
∎ Jr. Asst. Service & Support Engineer Diploma in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering or Relevant field from any reputed Institute

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support Engineer will be recruited for ATM/CRM/RCDM/CDM Support Team, Technical Support Dept.
∎ Installation and set-up of ATM/CRM/RCDM/CDM, Problem Identification, Diagnoses, Resolution.
∎ Provide field service for customers 24x7, handle and process customer complaints on our provided terminal.
∎ Ensure faster resolution of client queries, technical analysis of clients' requirements & response to the client on time regarding software enhancement fixes & disputes.
∎ Periodic (Preventive Maintenance) on ATM/CRM and Different Products.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Fresher's are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Basic Computer Literacy is mandatory.

Salary:
∎ 10K - 12.5K (Jr. Asst. Service & Support Engineer)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
∎ Festival bonus and others will be determined according to the company policy
