Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/B.Sc in Architectural Engineering from any reputed institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have capabilities of developing new interior & exterior design in AutoCAD and autodesk 3DS Max/ Other related software.
∎ Must have the capability to make realistic rendering.
∎ Prepare the interior design for all kinds of office, home, hospital, hotel, shop, market etc.
∎ Must have capability about the production design of interior and exterior.
∎ Visit the projects site to collect the measurement and required data.
∎ Prepare cost analysis as per design.
∎ Providing technical direction to other professionals.
∎ Maintaining proper communication with all other departments of the company if required and following the instructions from management.
∎ Any other relevant tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3D visualization, Architectural Drafting, Interior design and STAAD PRO.
∎ Should have experience in construction project.
∎ Must be intelligent, hardworking and dedicated with the fitness to work for long hours.
∎ Should be dynamic, ability to manage site manpower and have Excellent problem solving, Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
