Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Master's degree related to Environment/ Economics/ Social Sciences or other relevant disciplines. At least second divisions/class in all academic examinations.

Job Context:
∎ DSK seeks to recruit a self-driven, proactive and dynamic experienced candidate for the following senior position.
∎ The position is based in Dhaka with the extensive field visit will be required. Travel will follow DSK travel rules.
∎ Work station: This position will be based at DSK HQ. The office desk will be in a sharing AC room. If the vehicle route is in line with current routes, then lift and drop to and from the office will be applicable (optional). Eligible women and internal candidates are encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 55 years
∎ At least 10 years' experience in NGOs in the field of supervision of projects on Climate Change, WASH and DRR. Besides, report writing and networking skills are a prerequisite. Preferably five years in a senior management position. Superior academic qualifications and additional years of experience would be treated as an additional advantage. The candidate shall be able to work independently.
∎ Skills: Strong report writing in English Bangla is required, project supervision, follow on-time project delivery, budget projections, donor liaison are prerequisites. Computer applications, specifically the ability to operate MS word, xl, PowerPoint etc. is a must.
Salary:
∎ BDT 100,000/month LS, inclusive of the mobile bill and daily food allowance.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Three festival bonuses will be paid as per DSK policy. Income tax will be deducted at the source as per GoB policy. This is a contractual position for the next two years, performance-based renewal will remain as a possibility. Intended candidates having experience in such positions and salary level are encouraged to apply. In case of experienced person's salary could be further negotiated.
