Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum master's degree related to Environment/ Economics/ Social Sciences or other relevant discipline. At least second divisions/class in all academic examinations.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ This is a senior staff position at DSK. Main responsibility of the incumbent would be to take necessary initiatives to raise external funding for DSK activities. He/she will be responsible for planning and co-ordinating all fundraising events He/she will assist ED to prepare reports, project proposal and shall be taking necessary steps for networking to expand donor base of DSK. He/ She will be the member of DSK senior management team. He/she will be reportable to the Executive Director of DSK.
∎ The position is based in Dhaka with infrequent field visits.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 55 years
∎ EXPERIENCE:
∎ At least 10 years' experience in NGOs in the field of fund raising, PP, report writing and networking. Preferably five years in senior management position. Superior academic qualifications and additional years of experience would be treated as an additional advantage. Candidate shall be able to work independently.
∎ SKILLS:
∎ Strong writing skills in English and Bangla is required. Computer applications, specifically ability to operate MS word, xl, power point etc. is a must.

Salary:
∎ BDT 80,000/month LS, inclusive of mobile bill and daily food allowance. Festival bonus will be paid as per DSK policy. For candidates with advanced qualifications salary is negotiable. Income tax will be deducted at source as per GoB policy. This is a contractual position for next three years with possibilities of extension in future.
