Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum master's degree related to Environment/ Economics/ Social Sciences or other relevant discipline. At least second divisions/class in all academic examinations.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep track of donor funding trends and priorities and communicate this to the ED to ensure DSK's programmes are in line with objectives. To plan and coordinate fundraising campaigns, events and initiatives to broaden DSK's donor base. To produce support materials to promote DSK's fundraising activity. To identify funding opportunities, locally, nationally and internationally and contribute to the development of DSK's fundraising strategy. To prepare reports and tracking donations as well as donor correspondence and reporting to evaluate the success of DSK's fundraising activity.
∎ This is a contractual position for next three years with possibilities of extension in future.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 55 years
∎ Experience: At least 10 years' experience in NGOs in the field of fund raising, PP, report writing and networking. Preferably five years in senior management position. Superior academic qualifications and additional years of experience would be treated as an additional advantage. Candidate shall be able to work independently.
∎ Skills: Strong writing skills in English and Bangla is required. Computer applications, specifically ability to operate MS word, xl, power point etc. is a must.
∎ The position is based in Dhaka with infrequent field visits.

Salary:
∎ BDT 80,000/month LS,Inclusive of mobile bill and daily food allowance.For candidates with advanced qualifications salary is negotiable.Income tax will be deducted at source as per GoB policy.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival bonus will be paid as per DSK policy.
