∎ Must have adequate practical knowledge Project Co-ordination in High-rise Residential/ Commercial Building (with 2/3 Basement) Construction work.
∎ Must have excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
∎ Able to work under pressure and in complex situations.
∎ Should be honest, dynamic, hardworking & proactive.
∎ Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, Auto-Cad etc.)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The chosen candidate will be responsible for project Co-ordination, monitoring, budgeting, organization, implementation and scheduling of the projects.
∎ Supervising & executing construction of building project including pile, basement, super structure, sanitary & plumbing and total finishing works of the building as per architectural and structural design.
∎ Having practical worked knowledge on paperwork, site management, labor management, materials and construction.
