Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 3D Visualization: Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings and visualizations of interior spaces, furniture, and design concepts.
∎ Software Expertise: Utilise advanced skills in AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lumion, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, and other related software for 3D modelling and rendering.
∎ Concept Development: Work closely with the design team to understand project requirements and translate concepts into visually compelling representations.
∎ Quality Control: Ensure the accuracy and quality of 3D visuals, with meticulous attention to colour concepts, form, composition, lighting, textures, and scale.
∎ Presentation & Communication: Prepare and present 3D visualisations to clients and team members, effectively conveying design ideas.
∎ Design Trends & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest design trends and technological advancements in 3D visualisation to continuously enhance project quality.
∎ Project Support: Create original renderings, drawings, sketches, and other materials as needed for clients and internal projects.
∎ Deadline Management: Work efficiently under pressure and meet project deadlines.
∎ Additional Tasks: Perform any other design-related duties as assigned by the architect or management.
∎ Education: Diploma in Architecture, Architecture & Interior Design, Civil Engineering from a reputed institution.
∎ Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Interior Design, Architecture & Planning, Real Estate, Development, Engineering, or Consulting firms.
∎ Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Bangla and English typing is preferred.
∎ Portfolio: A proven track record of high-quality 3D visualisations and design work.
