Research Organization
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement Japanese language training programs for trainees as per NSDA/ BTEB syllabus.
∎ Conduct training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities to help trainees develop their Japanese language skills.
∎ Create training materials and resources, including lesson plans, presentations, handouts, and assessments.
∎ Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
∎ Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to trainees to help them improve their Japanese language skills.
∎ Collaborate with other trainers and language experts to stay up-to-date on the latest teaching methods and materials.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners to understand their needs and provide training solutions that meet their requirements.
∎ Participate in the development of curriculum for technical education programs.
∎ Must have an entrepreneurial mindset.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Diploma in the Japanese Language.
∎ JLPT N1 Level of proficiency in Japanese will get preference. At least 3-5 years
∎ of experience teaching Japanese language.
∎ Fluency in spoken and written Japanese and English.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Knowledge of Japanese culture and business practices.
∎ Experience developing and delivering language training programs.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
∎ Familiarity with language teaching software and technology.
