Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in Any Discipline
∎ Must have background of learning Japanese Grammar in Japanese institutes in structured way. ( NOT just studied by yourself, or just having verbal communication skill only)

∎ Part Time : Friday & Saturday (2 days in a week)
∎ Job Location: Work from home (this year). May shift to Offline ( next year)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Teaching Japanese Language to Bangladeshi Students who are IT professionals
∎ For now, classes are conducted Online, but there is possibility that you may teach in classroom after next year January
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience of studying or working in JAPAN is preferable
∎ Capable to work in Japanese environment communicating with Japanese colleagues and boss in Japanese (writing, reading, speaking, listening)
∎ Native level of Japanese proficiency (at least N3 equivalent level)
∎ Having more than N2 level is preferable
∎ The latest certification of JLPT/NAT must be obtained at least within 5years
∎ Sound knowledge in using computer and internet tools and business applications. Such as Gmail, Google spreadsheet, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google MEET, Zoom, Slack, Trello.
∎ Teaching experience of Japanese is preferable. (Not must)
∎ Others
∎ Teaching method, materials and intensive training is provided by Venturas Ltd
∎ Teachers must follow the teaching disciplines, curriculum structure, teaching materials, textbooks, and learning topics prepared by Venturas Ltd
∎ Working Day is Friday & Saturday (2 days in a week).
∎ Teachers must prepare the teaching materials before the weekend classes by themselves. (format & contents are given by VENTURAS Ltd)
∎ Preparing the online test for students, communication with management, students and other teachers, as well as other small relevant tasks are required to conduct time to time during the week.
∎ Classes will be online (this year). May shift to Offline ( next year ** Not decided yet)
Salary:
∎ negotiable based on the skill and experience
