Responsibilities & Context:
∎ IT Infrastructure Management
∎ Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software, and network systems.
∎ Manage the company’s IT resources such as servers, workstations, laptops, printers, and other devices.
∎ Ensure that the company’s network infrastructure is stable, secure, and efficient.Data Security and Backup
∎ Implement and enforce IT security policies to safeguard data and sensitive information aligning with the organization’s policies.
∎ Conduct regular backups of systems and data to prevent data loss.
∎ Reporting and Documentation
∎ Maintain records of IT systems, processes, and incidents.
∎ Collaboration and Communication
∎ Work closely with other departments to understand their needs and provide appropriate IT solutions.
∎ Provide updates to senior management about the status of IT initiatives and the health of IT systems.
