∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, Master of Science (MSc) in CSE

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and execute plan for the development of IT department in consultation with IT Director.
∎ Maintains records, prepares reports and composes correspondence relative to the work.
∎ Evaluates, reviews and approves requests for information systems hardware, software or services.
∎ IT support for Admin, Faculty and computer Lab. Online Class support with user support for ERP related problem.
∎ Provides guidance to the systems, programming and operation staff in the solution of hardware/software related problems.
∎ Keeps immediate supervisor well-informed of activities and recommends corrective actions.
∎ Oversees the day-to-day operation of computer networks including hardware/software support, designs and implements data connectivity for local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) systems;
∎ Assists in coordinating special projects including network related wiring plans, LAN/WAN hardware/software purchases and system installation, backup, maintenance and problem solving.
∎ Assists in providing network and remote connectivity hardware/software support;
∎ Maintains LAN user documentation including hardware/software applications, support logs and other problem solving.
∎ Establishes and maintains user accounts, profiles, file sharing, access privileges and security.
∎ Assists and provides support to the Coordinator, WAN/LAN or Wi-Fi Router and other technology staff as requested including performing schedules network servers, and providing internet and intranet user support.
∎ Assists in designs, develops and maintains web-based applications including websites and intranets. Continuously improves the organization’s web site and intranet.
∎ Any other activities deemed pertinent to IT related matters with prior approval of IT Director.
