Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in MIS/ IT from any accredited institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the managing, implementing and maintaining the Centre's IT and telecommunication systems at Dhaka office.
∎ Work as a liaison person between OCS support and country end-users.
∎ Provide computer users desktop support to ensure smooth operation of the office systems.
∎ Carry out operation procedures to maintain preventive systems and perform IT related routine operation, which include backup, antivirus and other security strategies.
∎ Act as a liaison person for vendor hardware and software support. Communicate and coordinate with various external IT related parties.
∎ Responsible for setting up and maintenance of desktop and notebooks, including hardware, software and peripherals.
∎ Maintain hardware and software licenses inventory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year related working experience and fresh graduate with proven required skill set are encourage to apply.
∎ Advance certificate course in MIS/ IT from an accredited institution in Bangladesh.
Salary:
∎ This is a Nationally Recruited Staff (NRS) position with annual salary ranging between BDT 464,836 - BDT 493,144 per annum.
