∎ Titan Capital is an investment and private equity firm with offices in Singapore and Hong Kong. It also undertakes various cross-border M&A and fundraising engagements. Titan Capital was founded by the former Managing Director of TPG Capital, one of the largest buy-out and private equity firms in the world based in San Francisco with US$100 billion of capital under management.
∎ Titan Capital originates and undertakes investment deals across Asia, which includes Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, China, India, and Bangladesh. Titan has already made investments in Bangladesh and is seeking to build an investment team to assist in evaluating in private equity and corporate finance deals across Asia.
∎ The Investment Analyst candidate will have the opportunity to learn world-class investment skills for deals across Asia, and will have the opportunity to have training stints in Singapore.
∎ Location : 109 Masjid Road, Old DOHS Banani, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform industry analysis and research in various Asian markets, with the objective of assessing market size, growth, and industry dynamics
∎ Undertake company analysis to evaluate its financial soundness and outlook
∎ Develop financial models to evaluate returns, and perform scenario and sensitivity analysis
∎ Assist in evaluating new investment deals and projects to assess financial feasibility, risks and key business drivers
∎ Assist in undertaking due diligence on business and financials of the target companies
∎ Assist in preparing investment memorandums and presentations
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 years of experience in a top tier accounting firm It would be desirable if candidate has exposure to corporate M&A transactions and due diligence during his/her tenure in the accounting firm
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Accounting, Investment, Corporate Finance
∎ Highly analytical, strong quantitative and financial modelling skills
∎ Good command of English, both written and oral)
∎ Good communication, interpersonal and time management skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
