∎ Educational background doesn't matter as long as you speak English fluently.
∎ A - Level/ NSU, IUB, BRAC, AIUB, East West Graduate/ IELTS Band Score 6 is preferable.

∎ Age 20 to 30 years

∎ Applicants should have experience in the following areas: Customer support through customer service, phone, international telemarketing.
∎ Both men and women are allowed to apply.
∎ BPO Industry Candidates will be given priority fluent in spoken and written English (Computer, MS Word, MS Excel etc.)
∎ Multi-tasker (able to speak and write at the same time)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle a large number of outbound calls to US and Canadian customers in a timely manner.
∎ Applicants must be fluent in English and able to work night shifts.
∎ Follow communication "scripts" when handling various topics.
∎ Also must have a good method and be able to go off-script if needed.
∎ Taking customer enquiries, selling services/products over the telephone as per instructions given.
∎ Follow the "sales script" during each call to address different topics.
∎ Find out what the customer needs, clarify the problem and provide a solution or alternative.
∎ Searching for new targeted leads.
∎ Job context
∎ We are looking for experienced and fresher (good English speakers) telemarketers for our USA and Canadian projects.
∎ Apply only if you are comfortable working the night shift (Bangladesh time 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
∎ We are looking for self-driven, self-motivated and dedicated individuals for cold calling.
