Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle a large number of outbound calls to Europe/USA/Canadian customers in a timely manner.
∎ Applicants must be fluent in English and able to work night shifts.
∎ Follow communication "scripts" when handling various topics. Also must have a good method and be able to go off-script if needed.
∎ Taking customer inquiries, selling services/products over the telephone as per instructions given.
∎ Follow the “sales script” during each call to different topics.
∎ Find out what the customer needs, clarify the problem and provide a solution or alternative.
∎ Searching for new targeted leads.
∎ Job context
∎ We are looking for experienced and fresher (good English speakers) telemarketers for our Europe/USA/Canadian- Projects.
∎ Apply only if you have excellent communication skills in English.
∎ Apply only if you are comfortable working the night shift (Bangladesh time 10:00 PM to 07:00 AM).
∎ We are looking for self-driven, self-motivated and dedicated individuals for cold calling.
