Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Morning Shift: 10.00AM to 8.00PM (Bangladesh time)
∎ Evening shift: 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Bangladesh time)
∎ Night shift: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (Bangladesh time)
∎ Develop & maintain strong business relationships with clients through regular communication & meetings.
∎ Communicate with clients on a daily basis via email/verbally and maintain the workflow of client projects.
∎ Maintain individual client projects by following their requirements and getting it done by the help of the Production Dept.
∎ Act as the primary point of contact for clients – addressing inquiries, solving issues, ensuring their needs are fulfilled.
∎ Coordinate with Production dept to ensure timely & accurate delivery deadlines are met as per the client’s requirements.
∎ Monitor & evaluate workflow for each client – what we can improve to maintain the standard of the services.
∎ Prepare a report of the client’s workflow on a daily basis & maintain it each month.
∎ Identify opportunities for improvements & implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and get them on board.
∎ Monthly Invoices should be done for each individual client.Searching for new targeted leads.
∎ Perform operational tasks assigned by the supervisor or higher authority.
