Position Overview
We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Fresh CSE Graduate to join our technical team as an Intern Web Developer. This role is designed as a career launchpad: during this 3-month paid internship, you will work hands-on on production websites, web applications, and landing pages. Upon successful completion of the 3-month assessment period, you will be directly onboarded into a permanent role as a Junior Executive (Web Developer) with a revised salary and full-time benefits.
No formal corporate experience is required—we value strong computer science fundamentals, eagerness to learn, and practical project-building curiosity above all.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining modern, responsive web pages and web applications.
Implement clean UI/UX designs into functional web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams to build campaign landing pages and lead capture systems.
Test cross-browser compatibility, optimize page loading speed, and ensure mobile responsiveness.
Identify, debug, and fix front-end or back-end bugs across existing digital properties.
Manage version control and push regular updates via Git/GitHub.
Candidate Qualifications & Requirements
Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) or relevant technical discipline (Fresh graduates or students awaiting final semester results).
Experience: 0 Years (No prior corporate experience required).
Technical Fundamentals:
Solid command of core web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
Familiarity with responsive CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap).
Foundational exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks or backend stacks (PHP/Laravel is a plus).
Basic knowledge of databases (MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL) and RESTful APIs.
Basic familiarity with Git and GitHub workflows.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking.
Fast learner with the ability to research and adopt new tools independently.
Good communication skills and team-player attitude.
