Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Architects in Analysis and Contextual studies
∎ Assist Architects in Feasibility Study
∎ Assist in Documentation
∎ Assist in preparing conceptual Layout
∎ Prepare Guidelines for Design Associates
∎ 3d Massing Study as Assigned by Head Architect
∎ Prepare Look and Feel Mood boards for Clients
∎ Assist Architects in the Preparation of Drawings
∎ Assist Architects in Preparing Conceptual 3D
∎ Assist Architects and Associates with Site Supervision
∎ Check the Quality of Work
∎ Creating Moodboard
∎ Creating palettes based on Multiple Moodboards
∎ Material Sample Collection
∎ Assist Architects in Supervision and Kaizen on Drawings.
∎ Assist in preparing and Checking Construction Documents
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 28 years
∎ Sketchup modeling
∎ AutoCAD drafting/modeling
∎ Photoshop for post-processing
Salary: Tk. 8000 - 10000 (Monthly)
