Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain day to day transactions, accounting and management reports for multiple projects.
∎ Knowledge about HR management to control office employees.
∎ Excellent time management skills and the capacity to juggle many projects at the same time.
∎ Conduct the operation of client requirements.
∎ Ability to work hard, dedication and honesty with being of high ambition.
∎ Planning and Preparation of Work Timeline/Schedule.
∎ Estimation of the material required for the project.
∎ Supervision of all Structural and Finishing Works.
∎ Monitoring Materials Consumption, Stock and Delivery Status.
∎ Preparing and Checking of Labor & Contractor's Bill.
∎ Perform other Tasks Assigned by the Company
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate Must have Experience in Supervising Interior Projects Independently.
∎ Must have a Clear Concept Regarding the AUTOCAD Drawing, Design & Specifications.
∎ Clear Concept on Interior Decoration Materials and its Sourcing.
∎ Strong Interpersonal Skills and the Ability to work effectively with others and on Teams
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
