Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must have experience in interior design work
∎ Building design
∎ Practical work experience in landscape
∎ Solid high-end interior design experience, Fluency in AutoCAD, Fluency in SketchUp,
∎ V-Ray, Working Design, Layout Design, New Site Visit, 3D visualization, BOQ
∎ Coordinate and lead the interior design team as a senior architect.
∎ Follow-up leads.
∎ Visit clients and make sales.
∎ Take client requirements properly and brief the design team.
∎ Collaborate with the design team and get quality designs prepared by them.
∎ Prepare quotations / BOQ and presentations for clients.
∎ Prepare designs based on client requirements.
∎ Handle client queries and ensure after-sale support.
