Job Context:
∎ To join our team, we`re looking for a qualified, skilled, and knowledgeable Architect . We are looking for an Architect with an Interior Designer.
∎ Job Location- Block-B, Bashundhara R/A, Dhaka-1229
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have experience in interior design work
∎ Building design
∎ Practical work experience in landscape
∎ Solid high-end interior design experience, Fluency in AutoCAD, Fluency in SketchUp, V-Ray, Working Design, Layout Design, New Site Visit, 3D visualization, BOQ
∎ Coordinate and lead the interior design team as a senior architect.
∎ Follow up leads.
∎ Visit clients and make sales.
∎ Take client requirements properly and brief the design team.
∎ Collaborate with the design team and get quality designs prepared by them.
∎ Prepare quotations and presentations for clients.
∎ Prepare designs based on client requirements.
∎ Handle client queries and ensure after sale support.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Have leadership skill
∎ Have management skill
