∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), Diploma in Architecture
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Solid high- end interior and exterior design experience to outline the clients' design objective, take customers requirements properly, develop concept and detailed design drawing and brief to design team, collaborate and supervise the team and get quality designs prepared by them.
∎ Conduct market research to identify potential clients, prepare and deliver appropriate quotation and presentation for clients based on their requirements, handle client queries and generate sales.
∎ Have to design a lot of 3D and rendering (AutoCAD, Lumion, Sketchup, V-RAY etc), must have knowledge about BOM, BOQ, Bill and other necessary documents, should be able to research and gather information on material and product sourcing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Skills required: AutoCAD, 2D, 3D, 3D Studio MAX, V-RAY, Sketchup, Lumion3D, Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
∎ Sound Experience on Interior material, Common decoration material rates and sources, civil and interior estimation- should be familiar with wood, metal, glass, paint, electric, sanitary, civil and HVAC works as well.
