Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Interior Design

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare 3D design as per the Instruction of Team Leader Architect.
∎ Creating designs and working drawing by computer-aided design (Sketch up, Auto
∎ CAD, 3D Studio MAX with V-Ray
∎ Render and Photoshop
∎ Sound Knowledge in Modern Interior Design & Drawing.
∎ Must have knowledge in Graphic Design
∎ The visualizer must have strong capability on Residence Design, Corporate Office &
∎ Commercial Design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas: Art & Sketch, Graphic
∎ Design (Computer Aided), Interior Design, Landscape Design
∎ Any Other Design related duties assigned by Principal Architect or Management.
