∎ Position Overview:
∎ The Interior Finishing Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the execution of all interior finishing works to ensure that high standards of quality, precision, and luxury are achieved. This role requires a detail-oriented engineer with expertise in interior finishes, including materials, aesthetics, and construction processes. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with designers, architects, and contractors to ensure that the project vision is translated into reality, adhering to international standards and timelines.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ • Oversee Interior Finishing Work: Manage and supervise all interior finishing works, including plastering, painting, tiling, cabinetry, flooring, ceilings, and fixtures, ensuring the highest quality of craftsmanship.
∎ • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure that all work meets international standards, company specifications, and client expectations for luxury interiors.
∎ • Material Selection & Coordination: Work closely with the design and procurement teams to select appropriate materials, ensuring they align with design specifications and project budget.
∎ • Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop and manage detailed work schedules, ensuring that all finishing tasks are completed on time and within budget while coordinating with other engineering disciplines.
∎ • Problem Solving & Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and support to contractors and teams on-site, resolving any challenges related to the interior finishing process.
∎ • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all finishing works comply with international safety standards, regulations, and sustainability practices.
∎ • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Liaise with project managers, architects, designers, and contractors to ensure effective communication and alignment of project goals.
∎ • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of work progress, material usage, and quality control measures; prepare reports for management and clients.
∎ Key Qualifications:
∎ • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
∎ • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Interior Finishing Engineer in high-end residential, hospitality, or commercial projects with an emphasis on luxury finishes.
∎ • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of interior finishing materials, construction techniques, and quality control processes.
∎ • Standards & Regulations: In-depth understanding of international building codes, safety standards, and regulations related to interior finishes.
∎ • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients.
∎ • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
∎ • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that every element of the interior finishing aligns with the overall design intent and luxury standards.
∎ • Project Management Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Preferred Qualifications:

∎ • Certification in project management or a related discipline.
∎ • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software.
