Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Diploma

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sufficient knowledge about interior design and furniture is necessary.
∎ Creating realistic 2D/3D designs using computer aided design/drawing software such as Auto Cad, Sketch Up and 3D Studio Max.
∎ Maintain, develop relationship with existing & new Customers through physical visit and taking accurate measurement of the site and preparing 2D/3D designs.
∎ Regular site visits to follow up on ongoing projects.
∎ Independently work with In-House Design team for on time design submission as required by company.
∎ Be responsible, loyal, self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented.
∎ Build a positive inter-personal relationship with clients.
∎ Ensure highest level of customer care through excellent customer services.
∎ Maintain communication with existing customers.
∎ Provide new designs or provide suitable enhancements to existing designs of furniture.
∎ Any other design related duties assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ At least 3 year(s) of prior practical work experience in Architectural and Interior design.
∎ Should have knowledge in AutoCAD (2D).

Salary: Negotiable
